Paso 2: Organizar uma recolha com o transportador.
Paso 3: Preparar a embalagem, colocando-a numa caixa/saco de cartão para que o transportador não possa colar a etiqueta de devolução na embalagem original.
*É essencial enviar fotografias à nossa WhatsApp (676 312 922) / Mail ([email protected]) para ter provas de como a embalagem é enviada e, em caso de danos durante o transporte, para poder reclamar ao transportador.
Paso 4: Uma vez recebido, o produto é verificado no armazém e é enviado um substituto ou a encomenda é reembolsada.
Paso 5: Se decidir recuperar o seu dinheiro, reembolsamo-lo dentro de 14 dias de calendário pelo mesmo meio de pagamento que utilizou.
Se tiver utilizado numerário na entrega, queira fornecer-nos o número da sua conta bancária para que possamos reembolsá-lo por transferência bancária.
Uma vez tudo isto acabado... regresso completo!

Pedido de devolução do produto devido à decisão do cliente.
Caso a devolução não seja devida a um defeito no produto ou a um erro no envio, aceitaremos a devolução durante os primeiros 14 dias após a sua compra, desde que cumpra as condições detalhadas na secção, condições de devolução do produto, assumindo o encargo dos portes de devolução.
Qualquer produto deve ser devolvido na sua embalagem original. Se a embalagem original não estiver presente, Brikum reserva-se o direito de depreciar o preço do produto.
*O cliente pode enviá-lo directamente para as nossas instalações ou pode também escolher a opção de que Brikum providenciará o transporte de retorno e o custo será deduzido do montante da devolução do produto.
2. Produtos danificados
Se a razão para a devolução ou troca for a quebra do produto durante o transporte, por favor contacte-nos o mais tardar 24 horas após a recepção do produto neste formulário e envie-nos tantas imagens do produto, tanto do produto/caixa como da embalagem exterior. Em caso de exceder este tempo de reclamação preventiva, não podemos ser responsabilizados pelo produto danificado e, portanto, a devolução do produto danificado será rejeitada.
Não se preocupe, nós tratamos da troca ou devolução do produto, apenas precisamos do máximo de informação possível para o apresentar ao transportador.
